Clicksor treats their advertisers like crap

Sorry for the strong words in the title but it really is true and nothing we should go around and talk quiet about.

My first campaign I started with them didn’t got activated until after a week, it wouldn’t have been activated at all if I hadn’t sent a complain email and talked with them over their live-chat.

That was for a couple of months ago. A lot has changes since then, like new features etc, so before the weekend I started a new campaign with them. And to my shock nothing has turned to the better.

My account manager apparently wants to talk to me over the phone before he activates and verify my campaign, this even though I say that I don’t have a phone and that my mobile phone is broken. But he insists that he must talk with me over the phone. This even though (it clearly says on their site and when you activate a new campaign with them) that they only need to verify your first campaign with them (and this is my second!). And when they do that they can do that over phone or e-mail. Does my account manager have some kind of grudge against Swedish advertisers?

I am still waiting for my campaign to be activated; the last email I got from my account manager regarding this was just a blank email. And I don’t even get surprise about that!

Maybe it’s just me. But I thought Clicksor wanted and needed advertisers.
