How much have you made or donated from PayPerPost?

I talked about PayPerPost.com in a previous post called “Big News at PayPerPost?” where I shortly explained that PayPerPost is a blog marketing program for bloggers and advertisers.

A few blog friends of mine have nagged me about joining PayPerPost for a few weeks now as it apparently have been very successful for them. But I have always said no because I thought that it was like lying for your readers if you posted paid posts just for the money. But my friends won, I eventually signed up for a PayPerPost. Stop right there! Don’t think for a second that the dark and greedy side has won over me and that I only post paid posts and articles now and that I lie and cheat on you. I actually realised that PayPerPost offered a few topics that I was planning on writing about anyways and that my post could be negative or good. So I could basically tell you the reader what the site or product that I was getting paid to blog about had for kind of downsides and still getting paid. Okay, so maybe you don’t care about the ethical questions about getting paid for posting. That’s fine too, I still like you. :)
So how much money has I made from PayPerPost so far? Well I haven’t really made any money yet. I have posted a total of three articles for a total worth of $65.00. But only one of them has been approved so far and I won’t get paid for that one until about 30 days. It seems it take a long time until you get your posts approved, but so far so good.

PayPerPost offers two different ways to get paid. One way is that you get all the money yourself. The second option you have is to donate your money to charity (You can also just donate small amounts of your money to charity). I really like the idea about this. But unfortunately PayPerPost only offer two different charities, American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity. But what if I want to donate to Greenpeace or another environmental organisation? PayPerPost should really add more charities to the list. If they did I could be able to donate more and on a regular basis.

So my question for you: How much have you made or donated from PayPerPost?
